Seabolt Systems LLC collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, operate this website, and understand whether the site is useful.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number if supplied, and your message. We also record basic submission details needed to protect the form from spam and operate the inquiry process.
If you book through Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft collects the booking information you provide there to schedule the meeting and send related confirmations or reminders.
How we use it
We use inquiry and booking information to respond to you, prepare for a conversation, provide requested services, and maintain a record of the inquiry. We do not sell your personal information or use it to build advertising audiences.
Where information is stored
Website inquiry information is processed and stored through our Azure and Microsoft 365 operating systems in the United States. Booking information is handled through Microsoft Bookings and related Microsoft 365 services.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, referrers, and pages viewed. It is configured as cookieless analytics. This site does not use a marketing cookie banner because we do not use tracking cookies for advertising or cross-site profiling.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and Microsoft 365 workflow, or when required to comply with applicable law.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted through this website by emailing bret@seaboltsystems.com. Some limited records may need to be retained when required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
